1. ANZOBJCVN for V6R1 shows two DBU programs that will not convert,

DBU0155 and RDR0155 are program objects that are not used at V5R4 OS and above. If you are at V5R4 OS or are installing V6R1 you may delete these objects.

All currently supported versions of our software are compatible with all IBM i OS and OS/400 above version V5R4. ProData is part of IBM's Partners in Development which gives us advanced information concerning IBM i OS upgrades. We would recommend that you use the currently supported version of any of our software products with the latest release updates applied when upgrading to a new OS level. 6. Are there maintenance plans
available?
Yes, there are maintenance plans for DBU, DBU Audit Journal
Plug-in, RDB Connect, SQL/PRO and DBUnifier.
7. What does maintenance cover?
Annual maintenance covers new releases, operating system changes,
fixes, DBUPTF support, WEB site and the technical help line.
8. What if my maintenance is not
current?
Call 1-800-228-6318 and you will be re-invoiced for maintenance. If
you are not on the current version of DBU, it will be sent to you. The
new version will work for 30 days without a permanent code. Upon receipt
of payment, you will receive a permanent access code.
9. What are your disaster
recovery procedures?
Execute DBU. If DBU has never been loaded on that system, DBU will
run for 30 days without any codes. If DBU had been loaded in the past,
DBU will display the message that your '30 day trial has
expired'. There are two options available to reset DBU on the
disaster system.
1) Contact ProData at 800.228.6318
for a disaster code. You will need to provide the disaster system
serial number and the date of the test. Office hours are Monday thru
Friday 7:30am - 5:00 pm. CST.
2)
If this is a planned disaster recovery test, call ProData prior to
your test to receive the disaster code. You will need to provide the
disaster system serial number and the date of the test.

10. What is an ISO image?
An ISO image (or .ISO file) is a computer file that is an exact
copy of an existing file system. The ISO Image file contains all of
the folder and/or file structure for the CD Disk in a compressed
form.
